The Community Development Committee focuses on expanding Dance Marathon throughout the Ames and Iowa communities.  This includes organizing mini-marathons with middle and high schools, continuing the development of the Spirit Dancer program, working with ISU faculty and administrators, and developing greater Alumni Relations.  The Community Development committee will also work on getting more support from the Iowa communities by working with City Councils, service organizations, churches, and local businesses.
