Dance Marathon wants to help you raise your $200 with a RAFFLE!
Since we do not have tickets to give you, use this form to write down the names of the people who donate a $1 to be entered into the drawing. Each dollar that you collect goes towards your account! Here are the prizes to be won in the raffle:
1. An ISU gift basket, $40 value
2. 2 free small gelato from Chocolaterie Stam, $10 value
3. 5 free spaghetti dinners at Fazoli's, $50 value
4. Gift card to The Shoppes on Grand, $10 value
5. 2 free ice skating passes, $20 value
6. 2 free breakfasts at The Grove Cafe, $18 value
7. 10 free bowling passes, $100 value
