The Big Day
What to know:
Run-in: This is how we kick off the 15-hour marathon. Loud music, smiling faces, and high-fives from lots of little kids will put you in the mood to have the time of your life!Morale Captains: There will be crazy people running around in costumes. Fear not. They are there to keep you motivated and happy. Each person is assigned a team and each team is assigned a Morale Captain. Feeling tired, exhausted, or emotionally drained? Find a character in a costume.
Dance Marathon Committees: Anyone and everyone involved in Dance Marathon. Exec and committee members should be able to answer any of your questions. We are here to help you!
Miracle Children: What it’s all about. These kids suffer from potentially terminal conditions and benefit from your hard work. Get to know them. They will make your day unforgettable.
DM Angels: These are children who are no longer with us. There will be candles burning in their memory and honor.
Morale Dance: This is an energetic montage of songs and crazy dance moves that occurs periodically to pump up all of the dancers. We promise that you’ll love it!
